When will my order be shipped?
After placing an order, you will get a confirmation email. Orders placed by 2:00 PM PST will ship the same day, except on weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST will ship the next business day. To check your order status, click the “MY ACCOUNT” link at the top or bottom of the page. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by carrier.
Note: During busy holiday seasons, processing may take up to 24 business hours. We process orders from 9:00 AM PST to 4:00 PM PST on weekdays and do not process orders on weekends or U.S. Federal Holidays. Thank you for your patience during busy times.
Estimated Transit Times:
First Class Shipping: 2-5 business days
Priority Shipping: 1-3 business days
APO/FPO: Shipments to military addresses can take up to 14 days in transit.
When will my order be delivered?
Priority delivery times only cover the transit days from our fulfillment center to your address and don’t include processing time.
During peak holiday seasons or after a popular promotion, processing times for Priority delivery orders may be longer. For questions about when your Priority order will ship, email Customer Service at support@afvape.com.
Where do you ship to?
We ship to most U.S. states, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, and APO/FPO addresses. For military addresses, select APO/FPO for the correct shipping method.
We do not ship internationally!
We cannot ship to Oregon, Utah, Maine, South Dakota, Vermont, Arkansas, San Francisco, and Anchorage due to state laws.
Tracking Your Order
If you are a registered member and logged in when placing your order, you can track it from your account page.
Once your order ships, you’ll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. This email may include a tracking link to the carrier’s website, depending on the shipping method.
Don’t worry if the delivery confirmation hasn’t been updated for a few days. It updates only when the package reaches a sorting facility, transit location, or your local post office. For any delivery issues, contact your local post office.
Incomplete or Incorrect Address Submissions
Review your shipping address carefully when placing an order. Errors can cause delays or returned orders. We won’t reship the order until we receive it back from the courier, and the customer pays for the re-shipping cost.
Lost & Undelivered Packages
AFVape is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages. Any issues must be resolved by the customer with the postal carrier.
Please report any shipping issues within 48 hours of the last tracking update.
Incomplete or incorrect address submissions by the user will cause delays and returns. AFVape is not responsible for costs due to incorrect addresses.
Note: Undeliverable packages returned to us are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping costs and associated fees will not be refunded. Only the purchase price of the products and any tax paid will be refunded, minus the 15% restocking fee if applicable.
