We hope you are happy with your items, but if you need to return them, you can do so within 30 days of receiving your order. You must report any missing or damaged items within 48 hours of delivery. Items must be new, unused, and are the customer’s responsibility until received by AFVape.
Depending on the reason for the return, either AFVape or the buyer will cover the shipping charges. A prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you. If you return a damaged or incorrect item, you will get a full refund once we receive it. For other returns, return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
Note: All returned items must be new and unused. Used items will not be refunded.
Returns with Free Shipping: If you received free shipping but return your items for a refund, standard shipping charges and fees will be deducted before issuing the refund.

RETURN AN ONLINE PURCHASE BY MAIL
STEP 1: Start your return by contacting customer service by emailing to support@afvape.com
STEP 2: Prepare your package by ensuring all items are included and write your order number on the package.
STEP 3: Ensure your return package is properly insured and tracked. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Ship your package to:

Keep your tracking information until your return is processed. Please allow up to 21 days for us to receive and process your return for credit.
ADDITIONAL RETURN BY MAIL GUIDELINES: All refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding shipping and handling fees. If payment was made with a Gift Card or E-Gift Card and returns are not accepted by the merchant, store credit will be provided instead. Any applicable promotions, discounts, offers, free items (as part of a qualifying purchase), and coupons used will be prorated and deducted from the refund amount. After processing your return, we’ll send an email confirming your credit. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the credit to reflect on your statement.
Damaged/Defective Items
If you receive a faulty item, first contact the manufacturer through their warranty process. If you’re unsatisfied with their response, forward us their reply and initiate the return process by emailing support@afvape.com. We’ll cover the shipping costs for returning the item to our warehouse. Proof of the damaged product may be required before approving the refund. Once we receive the item, your refund will be processed within 48 business hours. If you still want the product, you’ll need to place a new order.
Note: All items are inspected for quality before shipment. Inspect your item upon receipt for any damage during transit, as we can’t replace or refund items once they’ve been used.
Incorrect Items Received
If you receive incorrect products, we’ll replace them at no cost to you. Start the return process to receive a prepaid shipping label for returning the wrong item(s). Once we receive them, we’ll ship out your correct items within 48 hours.
Unwanted Items
You can return unwanted items for a refund within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in new condition. You’ll need to cover the return shipping costs. Once we receive the item(s) back, we’ll issue a refund minus any return shipping charges within 48 hours.
Non-Returnable, Non-Exchangeable & Non-Refundable Items
For health and safety reasons, consumable products cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
Please Note: All returns must be in new, UNUSED condition when received at our warehouse. There are absolutely NO EXCEPTIONS for used products. Returns of used products will not be refunded.
